This class is geared towards yogis wanting to build strength, stability and flexibility to keep body and joints mobile and happy! Using my background of massage therapy and anatomy I want to inspire you to explore and find your intuitive alignment, strength and breath awareness, all while becoming more stable through grounding! We finish class with a body check in and stillness to feel the subtle shifts that have taken place during class. All levels welcome:)
This class is designed to help the yogi at the end of the week to breath, stretch and connect with their mind, body and soul for overall health and wellness. Starting with a warm up to feel deep into the muscles and fascia where imbalances can be and inviting breath and movement into them. We take this awareness and flow through postures to bring oxygen, lymphatic flow, circulation and nervous system activation for a whole body experience. You should leave class feeling naturally aligned and grounded to end the week! All levels welcome:)
A fun 60 minute all levels Yoga class to flow, stretch, breath and tap into that Zen together! After class we unwind and recharge with a pint of your favorite craft brew! The ultimate relaxing evening out.
This class include therapeutic stretches to help you relax and unwind. After the deep stretches and restorative poses you are then guided into a meditation called Yoga Nidra also known as Yogic sleep. This will bring you into a deep state of rest and healing to rejuvenate the body. We finish this beautiful practice with an offering of Reiki and energy to complete the experience.
